Jan Karl born in Hamburg at the UKE, is an exceptional cinematographer with more than 10 years of heavy experience in the field of commercial, fashion and music video shoots.

Besides his work as a DoP, Jan teaches the art of filmmaking at various  institutions like the Design Factory Hamburg, Akademie für Mode und Design Hamburg or the Hip Hop Academy for more than 6 years now.

He also likes to direct from time to time and when he does, amazing stuff like the films for Quality Magazine come to life. We highly anticipate his script writing debut for his first feature length film.
